The Book

fakedabduction2

Faked Abduction will soon be available to purchase from this website.

Containing many details from the comprehensive police files, the book highlights the inconsistencies in the various alibis, the ever-changing witness accounts and the lack of police cooperation from the McCanns and their friends, the so-called Tapas 7.

The McCanns have tried to gag people from publishing the truth about the case. In 2007, despite making several public assurances to donors to their “Madeleine Fund” that they would not spend any money on lawyers, they have employed some of the most expensive law firms in Britain to intimidate and suppress those who publicly doubt their abduction story.

While researching the book, the McCanns have declined to answer important questions relating to the disappearance of their daughter.

After reading the book, decide for yourself if this was a Faked Abduction.

    i cant think why.

  2. sheila says:

Cannot wait to buy it so glad someone else believes there was no abduction BRILLIANT X

  3. John says:

Well done! If the truth can not be pronounced within the UK anymore due to the machinations of the McCanns and a corrupt jurdical system, it is time to inject them some truth from the USA. This book seems to be the proper remedy because it follows and backs the findings of Gonçalo Amaral and his team and proves beyond any reasonable doubt that the McCanns and their entourage have been vicious liars from the very beginning. It is about time to pull the plug on them. They do not deserve support – but jail time. Let’s do whatever can be done to make justice prevail. Buying and distributing this book could be the first step to let it happen.

  4. Kath says:

Well said, Chriss, Sheila and John. The sooner this evil pair of child neglectors are behind bars the better. I hope that someone is keeping a close eye on little Sean and Amelie, I would hate for them to suffer the same fate as their big sister.

  5. Martyn P. says:

Until proven otherwise, the faked abuction theory makes a lot more sense than evil crime lords / a lair 10 miles away / weeks of scuba diving in a lake after a “tip off” / Victoria B. lookalike etc etc
Let’s see what Carter Ruck (not paid out of th efund, of course) will invent this time.

  6. Andy says:

Good work. I can hardly wait to buy a copy.

  7. Joan says:

I look forward to reading the book and to
passing a few copies around.Of all the people
I have spoken to about ‘missing Madeleine’ only
a few have believed the abduction story.
One said ‘dogs can’t talk’,I will donate a book
    to her!
    I think many people,like me,became suspicious very
early on in the case, even those who don’t use the
    internet.
Simply no valid evidence of an abduction/abductor.

Lets hope the ‘Streisand Effect’ is slowly but surely increasing. with the cross between a glacier and avalanche.

Time for some raw honest from the Parents.

  9. John Twist says:

    Great news,
I gave the opinion on the MF website that in view of the Mc Cann’s impending victory over Amaral, that the battle would have to be fought from America. Goncalo is apparently applying for legal aid to contest the banning of his book and the profits from it going to the Mc Canns. It might just be a tactic to delay the hearing. He probably knows the outcome of any hearing is a foregone conclusion. It would not just be members of the British political establishment but the Portugese political elite as well who would be implicated if he won. The Portugese judiciary are not going to let that happen.
Who knows? if the hearing can be delayed long enough and “Faked Abduction” circulated quickly enough, the impossible might happen. The Mc Canns might be beaten.

  10. Heather Taylor says:

Hurray! I can’t wait to read it.

  11. Jeanne says:

They say you should not judge a book by it’s cover but that is a damn good cover đŸ™‚

Keep up the good work Stevo.

  12. Roseanne says:

Great news! I can hardly wait! Finally the english speaking people will be able to know the FACTS from the joint investigation of the portuguese and british police. I have Dr. Amaral’s book (in portuguese) and have re-read it many times and now that it is no longer available in the shops I have been lending it to family and friends. As soon as I get my hands on this new book I sure will do the same, pass it on to whoever wants it.

  13. Rico says:

    Hi Stevo,
I just found out that there’s going to be a version in German; are planning to release a translated edition in Portuguese? Given the interest of the public in Portugal and Brazil, it may be a good thing.
I also think that your book will help Gonçalo Amaral with his case – not only it will bring general awereness and open debate which was amiss in the English-speaking countries, it will also send a clear message that G.Amaral is not alone and isolated – the more books out, the better.
Whishing you all the luck with your book,
    Regards,
    Rico

  14. Indiansummer says:

“The truth is coming like a train” prophetic words from Mr. Amaral.Good work Stevo.Thank You.And I hope, there is a new interview on the Oprah Show- with you. That would be very interesting.
After Tony Bennett and Mr G. Amaral, both shut down through Carter-Ruck- the book will be a bestseller, I’m sure.Nice to read, that this book will be available in german…

  15. Fernis says:

The McCanns think they fooled justice. Well, they didn’t!
Public opinion has already convicted them of children’s neglect.
With time, the legal justice system will get them over the other issues.
    Bravo Stevo.

  16. Jamar says:

Can it go on sale at EBay ?
    Marvellous move Stevo.

  17. Tim says:

    From the Sun article:-

A statement from Kate and Gerry says: “There is absolutely nothing to suggest that Madeleine has been harmed.

Madeleine is still missing and someone needs to be looking for her. ”

Eddie the sniffer dog has no reason to lie or mislead.

What a convenient event to ignore. Exactly how stupid do the Drs McCann take any well informed sentient person to be, This is a studied insult to the majority of the human race by the McCanns IMHO .

  18. Tim says:

There are 1761+ images offered by Getty at 49 us$ for 3 months !

Easily affordable by thouse whi love the McCanns and those who have reservations

If you have a credit card, go for it !

My favourite it Kuddle Kat , did it have the Eddie detected death sent on it ? My memory for fine detail is not what it used to be !

  19. Nancy says:

There will be a few people in the McCann team suffering a few sleepless nights with this great news. Well done Stevo!! You have followed quickly in the footsteps of the persecuted Amaral, Tony Bennett and Debbie, who I bet will be really excited about the US book which the McCanns and their celebrity lawyers can’t touch!

  20. BritishPublicNotFooled says:

I will be buying a copy or two, Stevo. I do not like being told what I can and can’t read (Amaral’s book, Tony Bennett’s leaflet etc), and especially not by two people who didn’t even think their children were worth the price of a babysitter. Now they are trying to grasp monies from Amaral for speaking the truth, since when can the truth from Police Files be regarded as libellous?
Is their next move suing the Portuguese Judiciary? Money seems to be very important to McCann and his awful wife – again, a shame that they could not have spent a few Euros on a babysitter.
If all this litigation is an attempt to wipe out any chance of those poor twins one day finding out that there is more to the “abduction” theory, then they are sadly mistaken. Just wait till those poor twins get to secondary school, I really feel sorry for them. Will the McCanns try and sue children in the playground who speak the truth to Sean and Amelie? I feel desperately sorry for those poor twins.

  21. Tim says:

US Amazon, I’m sure would be pleased to sell the Book !

  22. marxman says:

Let right be done! an old legal saying.Hope this book
recalibrates peoples minds, and steers justice towards
an honest and right conclusion to this case.

  23. Ann says:

The McCanns have yet to convince me of their honesty, and human warmth. And that Madeleine meant more to them than themselves and money. Maybe it’s me getting it wrong?

  24. Doris Barrack says:

I wish it were not so, but from the very first I did not accept that Madeleine was abducted as decribed by their parents. I found their conduct totally innatural for loving parents. I feel that the dinner friends who supported their alibi, did so in the genuinely believe that the child was abducted, but found it too late to withdraw their statements when the abduction tale was discredited. without risking careers and reputation if not legal action.

I know all too well that justice for the silent victim is not always achieved when status and influence are used to conceal the truth

  25. Boll Revill says:

I read that Brian Johnson is Barbara Jacobs, who people might remember as Sofa Cleese. Is that right?

    Reply: No.

  27. David Crisp says:

When oh when will this be published????????

  28. sandie says:

A well written, well researched and well documented book. Brilliant reading. Am reading again.

  29. Chris says:

Have now read both Kate McCann`s book and also Amarals book and cant wait to read `Faked Abduction`. Have also just read a gut wrenching account of the murder of Steve Jenkins in Minneapolis, and although the circumstances of the cases are very different, I couldnt help being struck by how Steves parents reacted to his disappearance and death in comparison to the McCann`s and how Steves Mother talked about not changing clothes and underwear in the early days of the search, and how the family lost 50lbs in weight collectively because they just could not stomach food. Their pain is so palpable and distressing to read, I couldnt help comparing it to how little I was moved by Kates account and how phoney it sounded.

  30. Mag says:

I keep recommending this book. I lent it twice and given my own copy to a Friend, she said: Stevo’s spot on regarding the early protection in that case. I agree, Steve you demonstrate the connections there!
